We’re committed to uplifting our high school youth by giving them a place where growth, learning, and real‑world experience happen side by side. Minty’s Youth will serve young people ages 14–18 through a safe, supportive summer and after‑school program designed to help them step confidently into their future.
As part of the program, Minty’s Youth will follow a special curriculum focused on building practical understanding of business practices and meaningful community engagement. These lessons are crafted to help our young people think critically, lead with purpose, and recognize their own power to shape the world around them, all while staying rooted in the values that strengthen our community.
